The Pub Leaders Summit program allows attendees to hear from like-minded peers on how best to navigate a challenging landscape, and get creative with solutions for all of your revenue streams – from entertainment to gaming to F&B.  The program will cover the latest efforts and initiatives to recoup revenue after a difficult 2020, and will  also look at the new ways forward in retail, entertainment and sustainability practices.

Operators taking part in panels on the day include Debbie Higgins (Merivale), Chris Cheung (C!NC), Toby Chick (Hotel Rose Bay) and Ed Loveday (Solotel). Presentations will also be made by John Musca (JLL), Stevan Premutico (me&u), Morgan Kelly (KPMG) and more.

Keynote speaker, Michael McQueen, will present The Post-Crisis Kickstart, discussing how business models can emerge from the challenges of last year to rebuild and strengthen their businesses in a new trading environment. McQueen will use local and global examples of best practice when it comes to adapting business models in response to the crisis. You can check out the full program below.

W. Short Hospitality managing director Jen Russell will be taking part in a panel on responding to the challenges of the last 12 months, and she sees great benefit in operators from across the country sharing insights and learning from each other at the Pub Leaders Summit.

“I’m honoured to join the thought leaders of the industry and take part in this cornerstone event.  The Summit provides a timely opportunity to come together as an industry, to reflect on the challenges we’ve faced and workshop strategies to rebuild and thrive.

“More than ever, the industry needs to work together, support each other and develop strategies to adapt, evolve and strengthen.”

The Pub Leaders Summit will be held at Doltone House Darling Island in Sydney on Monday 22 March. Secure your tickets now and save $100 per ticket with our earlybird discount! Ends at 11:59pm 22 February.
