Join us Monday 22 March to be inspired by industry best practice, solutions and innovations. Take your venue operations to the next level!

After an incredibly tough year with ever-changing limitations, publicans are hoping that 2021 brings with it a steady, upward trajectory for trade as we place hope in shorter, localised lockdowns and the promise of vaccines to combat the current pandemic.

With that positivity in mind, the Pub Leaders Summit is preparing for one its most important events ever on Monday 22 March, in bringing industry colleagues together at such a trying time to collaborate and inspire one another in ways to get their venues back on track.

Publicans are evidently feeling the same way. Tickets for the event have been selling well since mid-December and several new speakers have jumped on board to take part in the day’s program.

One such speaker is David Thompson, area manager for Tilley & Wills Hotels (Verandah Bar, Greenwood Hotel, Clovelly Hotel, The Balmain Hotel, Buena Hotel). Thompson is excited to be joining the conference to discuss how his venues responded to the pandemic last year, and how it will be tackling the year ahead.

“I see it as opportunity to not only share my experiences with my fellow publicans but also learn from their experiences.”

Other new speakers include Steven Speed (WDS Hotels), Rose Kentish (Sparkke Beverage Company) and Debbie Higgins (Merivale). The expo has also added another exhibitor with Spark Breweries & Distilleries to showcase their in-venue brewing options.
