Merivale is rolling out SevenRooms software across 50 venues to better leverage its customer data, build brand loyalty, provide a more personalised service, and enhance its reputation post-COVID.
SevenRooms is a guest experience and retention platform that helps hospitality operators better leverage their data, and Merivale will use the software across its reservation, waitlist and table management, review aggregation and marketing automation operations.
By using the software, Merivale says it will gain a single view of a guest’s spend and preferences across the entire portfolio, regardless of where they dine.
Insights drawn from this approved customer data will allow Merivale to offer a more personalised service that recognises guests’ preferences, rewards their patronage, and builds customer loyalty and advocacy.

SevenRooms software is used by venue operators in more than 250 cities around the world, by local restaurants and bars, as well as international, multi-concept hospitality groups.
The software company says its product increases operator profitability by leveraging guest data to build direct relationships, deliver exceptional experiences, and increase repeat visits and orders. Last year the company opened an Australian office, and Australian Venue Co. is among its local pub customers.
