The 2019 Australian Liquor Industry Awards, or ALIAs, will be held next Wednesday 23 October at The Star in Sydney.

Celebrating the best venues, people and products across Australia in both the on-premise and off-premise, the ALIAs showcase the best the liquor industry has to offer nationally. The night is known throughout the industry as a lot of fun, and this year’s theme is 70s disco.

With the finalists now announced through all 50 categories, tickets are starting to fill out for this night of nights. In categories dominated by pubs, the finalists are a mixture of the heavy-hitting pubs groups like Merivale, Solotel, Sand Hill Road and Redcape; and single-operator venues. This year’s awards also see finalists from all over the country, including The Lincoln in Melbourne, Crafers Hotel in Adelaide, and the Osbourne Hotel in Brisbane.

With respected industry figures voting on the finalists, many categories have been a tight race. Who will win Hotel of the Year? Which group will take out Hotel Operator of the Year? And which hotelier will be named Publican of the Year?

To find out as it happens and enjoy a night of good food, overflowing drinks, dancing and networking with leading industry figures, book your tickets now before it’s too late!
