“Regional centres such as Orange benefited greatly through the pandemic years, and continue to draw the attention of astute capital investors with the success buyers being a syndicate of local operators and investors led by Tim Ireson and Ben Cochrane,” added HTL Property Director, Blake Edwards.

Pub sales have continued their strong momentum from 2022 into 2023, and HTL Property’s Managing Director, Andrew Jolliffe said: “With robust revenue attraction being enjoyed, the imminency of greater legislative clarity in the near future, and continued major lender body support; the asset class firmly exists as a first choice investment option for both corporate and private vehicles nationally.”
