The pub trade is encouraged to take advantage of the Pub Leaders Summit early bird ticket offer.
Pub owners, operators, managers and staff are eligible to purchase tickets for the discounted price of $249 + GST, until 19 February. This represents a saving of $100, with ticket prices return to $349 + GST from 20 February.
Now in its third year, the Pub Leaders Summit is a must-attend event for pub operators looking to hear from respected industry colleagues and suppliers on the latest trends, challenges and innovations that the pub trade is facing. Attendees will learn how contemporaries and associates approach different facets of their business, what new streams of operations are being explored, and how venues have adapted to a changing market and consumer expectation.
Attendees gain access to the full-day conference discussing topical subjects such as the use of data to increase revenue; training and recruitment strategies in an increasingly difficult personnel market; marketing to millennials; and creating a distinct identity for your venue. Many respected operators have been added to the program in the last month, with a few still to come. The latest additions are Peter Baker, general manager of The Botanical in Melbourne, and Erica Warren of Erica Warren Hospitality Consulting, who has plenty of experience running regional pubs. The two join the Uncorking Profits session, to discuss the place of wine in a pub’s beverage selection, and how wine sales can be activated.
