The 2025 Pub Leaders Summit will head back to Brisbane this year, returning to Eatons Hill Hotel & Accommodation.
Australian Hotelier is pleased to announce that the 2025 Pub Leaders Summit will return to Eatons Hill Hotel & Accommodation in this year on 21-22 July.
The Pub Leaders Summit first ventured to Queensland in 2023, hosted at Eatons Hill Hotel, and is pleased to return to the esteemed pub this year.

The full-day conference portion component of the Pub Leaders Summit will be held on Monday 21 July, and will consist of panels, presentations and team-building activities that will cover a variety of topics related to different components of pub operations.
On Tuesday 22 July, the Study Tour will visit a few pubs and hospitality venues across Brisbane. In 2023, the Study Tour visited the newly renovated Brook Hotel by ALH Hotels, did a hard-hat visit of The Belvedere Hotel at Woody Point, as Lewis Leisure’s major renovation and expansion of the site was underway, before ending the tour at the award-winning Jubilee Hotel by TB Hotels.
The program is yet to be announced, but expect to hear and learn from leading industry figures on a wide-range of pressing topics, as well as have multiple opportunities to view new products and services, as well as network with your peers.
In the meantime, pre-sale tickets – with savings up to $116 per ticket – are available now until 31 March, or until sold out. Study Tour tickets can only be purchased in conjunction with a conference ticket, are limited in number, and exclusive to pub operators.
