In what is an amazing feat for the first-time event, the Pub Leaders Summit has sold out.

The Pub Leaders Summit is a one-day conference and mini expo for hotel operators, publicans and senior management that will be held on Monday 21 March.

Over 300 people will be in attendance for the conference in its first year – proving a clear need for this kind of forum for the pub industry. Held at Doltone House Jones Bay Wharf in Sydney, the event will be attended by delegates from all across the country, with the majority of states represented, and a great mix of large hotel group operators, and licensees from regional, country pubs.

Event organiser, Paul Wootton, is thrilled with the interest the Pub Leaders Summit has garnered in its first year.

“We always felt the time was right for this kind of event but ticket sales have exceeded all expectations," He said. "It’s great that so many top operators and suppliers are supporting the conference in its first year. It shows the industry’s commitment to raising its game, to excelling further, and suggests a real desire to share knowledge and ideas, not just for the benefit of individual businesses but for the industry as a whole. I’m looking forward to what I’m sure will be a fantastic day.”

The conference will cover topics as varied as financing expansion, marketing and food and beverage opportunities, and will include speakers as lauded in the industry as Arthur Laundy, Paddy Coughlan and Patrick Gallagher.
