On Wednesday night the Australian Liquor Industry Awards once again showed why it is the night of nights for Australia’s drinks and hospitality industry with a spectacular showing at The Star Event Centre.
With over 60 awards up for grabs and close to 600 people in the room, from all facets of the industry, the 2023 ALIAs was another jam-packed night celebrating the best this industry has to offer.
Brands, people and venues all enjoyed their moment in the spotlight, but one of the biggest cheers of the night came when Krystal Hart of Campari was announced as the Best Brand Ambassador.
An ecstatic Krystal said: “I have been a Brand Ambassador for 10 years and this is the first national award I have received. Thanks ALIA and a big shout to all brand ambassadors you do an amazing job.”

- Best Whisky Bar – Whisky + Alement
- Best On-Premise Spirit – 1800 Tequila
- Best Mixer – Fever-Tree
- Best Brand Ambassador – Krystal Hart
- Best Bartender – Sarah Mycock & Millie Tang
- Best Bar – The Baxter Inn
- Best Bar Group Operator – Swillhouse
- Best On-Premise Supplier – Asahi Beverages
Attendees also enjoyed networking bars from Bombay Sapphire, Cheers! Spirits from the USA, Espolon Tequila, Stone & Wood, SouthTrade International and Vanguard Luxury Brands.
