Australia’s biggest hotel, Eatons Hill Hotel is looking for someone to fill its biggest role – General Manager!

Built and operated by award-winning family-owned Queensland company, the Comiskey Group. The hotel offers 10 bars over 4 levels and sits adjacent to the hotel’s $50m 4.5 star boutique accommodation building, offering 90 rooms and a retail precinct.

The exciting role doesn’t come around often and Comiskey Group Director, Rob Comiskey is eager to fill it.

“As General Manager, you will be the life-blood of this already award-winning venue – responsible for driving and delivering the annual operational plans for the overall management of the venue, including food and beverage operations, functions, people management, finance and reporting, stock management and workplace health and safety. The role requires applicants to have a strong hospitality background fostered around bars, entertainment and food, with at least 5 years’ experience in a General Manager’s role.
