Bacardi Lion’s brand-new training program, Sensology, has kicked off across Australia, with sessions already proving popular.

Aimed at bartenders and bar owners, the program runs nationally and focuses on encouraging participants to engage the senses, while learning practical cocktail-making skills.

TheShout attended a Bombay Sapphire session at Goldfish bar, Sydney on Tuesday (Sep 7), and spoke to brand ambassador Jeremy Shipley and one of the participants, Goldfish bartender Daito Sakamaki.
