“Wishing her every success in this next chapter. She’s leaving the business in great hands with Kate Solly and I’m excited to see where this next phase of leadership takes us.”
Evans added: “Leading CAPI has been a privilege, and I am grateful for Pitzy’s belief in me over the past 14 years. We have been through a lot together and this was not an easy decision.
“I am incredibly proud of what we have accomplished together and deeply grateful for the talented and passionate team that has made it all possible. As I step into my next chapter focusing on my family and role as a mother, I do so with full confidence that Kate Solly will keep driving the company forward to even bigger and better things.”
Capi said that Evans has helped the brand become one of Australia’s leading independent beverage brands and that her dedication to fostering talent and creating lasting impact has been fundamental to the company’s growth and success.
