Fine wine distribution company red+white has announced a distribution partnership with Clover Hill Wines, which sees the Tasmanian brand become the lead Tasmanian sparkling wine brand in red+white’s premium portfolio.
Since the vineyard’s first release in 1991, Clover Hill, which is located in the Pipers River region of north-east Tasmania, has consistently crafted estate-grown sparkling wines in the traditional méthode champenoise technique.
Clover Hill CEO Adam Torpy said he hoped the partnership would help increase growth and awareness of Tasmanian sparkling wines as a whole.
“Throughout Australia, increasing consumer demands are evident for premium Tasmanian sparkling. We are excited that our new partnership with red+white will deliver Clover Hill to a broader audience in premium accounts during this period of exponential growth for the category” said Torpy.
In a joint statement on the partnership Gary Crawford, General Manager of Joval Wine Group and Branca Salaverry, red+white National Brand Manager said: “We are delighted to welcome Clover Hill into the red+white portfolio and look forward to growing its footprint in Australia.
“We believe that Clover Hill delivers on all aspects of elegance, finesse and uncompromising quality with their collection of premium Tasmanian sparkling wines.”
Clover Hill will be available to all channels nationally via red+white from July 1st 2021.
