Coca-Cola Amatil has revealed the new head of its Australian Beverages business, with the news that Pat Malloy will retire in December.
A CCA spokeswoman this week confirmed Malloy's retirement after 28 years at the company.
"Pat has had an unparalleled and distinguished career at CCA in which he continued to take on roles with increasing responsibility," she said.
"Pat has made it his business during his career in sales to put the customer first, and this has led to CCA being considered by many of our customers as excellent suppliers, winning many awards over the years."
As a result of this change effective July 1, John Murphy, CCA's managing director of Licensed/Alcohol, will become head of Australian Beverages.
Murphy has been CCA's managing director of Licensed/Alcohol since July 2010, before which he was CEO of Visy Australasia.
He joined CCA after 27 years with Foster's, with his last role as managing director for Foster's Australia through until August 2006.
