Vinarchy, the new wine company formed from the merger of Accolade Wines and Pernod-Ricard Winemakers, has announced that Danny Celoni has been appointed as its Global CEO.
Celoni, the former CEO of Carlton & United Breweries, brings more than 25 years of FMCG and global branded beverage experience to the new wine business.
Vinarchy’s Executive Chairman Ben Clarke, said: “On behalf of the Board I am delighted to welcome Danny to Vinarchy. He is a leader who champions a growth mindset and has a strong track record in driving transformational growth and category leadership through exceptional customer relationships. Danny is the right person to lead our business as we capture the opportunities as a global wine leader.”
Speaking about his appointment Celoni said: “I am both honoured and excited to embrace this remarkable opportunity. I believe Vinarchy is well positioned to play a leading role in the future growth and expansion of the wine category.

Celoni will commence his role at Vinarchy in August, while Fischer will join TWE at the end of October.
