The 3 Winos and a Providore Hospitality Trade Tasting is once again taking place at the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney, this year on Tuesday 30 July and features three exciting and on-trend masterclasses.
As well as offering all hospitality trade the option of tasting some exceptional wines, new releases and limited editions from Australia and overseas there is also the opportunity to meet with the talented and passionate winemakers.
The three masterclasses will also feature industry experts Huon Hooke and Mike Bennie and will cover topics including:
- Champagne and Caviar – pairing trout and salmon caviar with three different styles of champagne from the houses of Laurent-Perrier, Bruno Paillard, A. Margaine and Dosnon. Presented by Caroline Desaulle, Laurent-Perrier Brand Ambassador, Huon Hooke and Mike Bennie.
- Bitter-Sweet Symphony – matching some of the rarest Vermouths by Gonzalez Byass and extraordinary Vinos on earth with some of the planet’s finest chocolates. Presented by Paul Adam, Owner and Chocolatier of Du Plessy Pralin & Otello (Fine Handcrafted Chocolates and Patisserie), Huon Hooke and Mike Bennie.
- Pizzini vs Italy – Australia’s foremost proponent of Italian varietals, Pizzini Wines, dukes it out with some heavyweights from the Old Country, including Tenute Rossetti, Cordero di Montezemolo, Ucceleria and Fratelli Alessandria. Hosted by local hero Joel Pizzini, MC Mike Bennie and Umpire Huon Hooke.
The day will also offer the opportunity to explore the world of international Rosés served by local sommeliers, Gabrielle Webster and Jacq Turner, paired with smoked salmon and salmon roe.
Attendees will also be able to savour a selection of cocktails using a new range of crafted Japanese whisky, gin & vodka mixed with all-natural fruit purees by Ravifruit and discover the refined, rich taste of Beluga Noble Russian Vodka.
