Liquor Legends has reached a significant milestone for its highly-regarded ‘Rewards’ customer loyalty program with the sign up of its 100,000th member.
A customer of Robina Tavern became 100,000th person to sign up to the Rewards program, which initially launched in 2011 and has achieved notable growth since then through its use of customer relationship marketing and clever implementation of technology.
The Rewards offer includes free sign up, exclusive deals and the accumulation of points to redeem for further discounts, while the Rewards App is set to be released shortly.
“With the introduction of new technologies, the face of the liquor industry and the way in which brands promote themselves and communicate with their customers is changing. Liquor Legends is pioneering new targeted methods of communication with tailored offers that appeal to set purchase behaviour,” said Liquor Legends managing director, John Carmody.
“Customer relationship marketing in combination with our rewards program, allows Liquor Legends to be more strategic in its approach, mining data to gain individualised insights and ultimately giving the customer what they want.”
According to Carmody, short-term, super-aggressive sales on key brands communicated via SMS and email has also had an impressive impact on increasing foot traffic through Liquor Legend’s doors.
“By meeting the challenges and changes of the liquor industry with strategic innovation, the Liquor Legends banner group continues to prides itself on its quality of service and unique digital capabilities, while relishing the opportunity to persistently move forward.”
