Activate Group Australia has announced the launch of its first industry report, which is available now online.

Intended to assist in creating a new level of communication and collaboration across the Australian retail industry, the inaugural report brings together a range of insights from all over the retail world, with 50 pages of articles looking at different angles and sectors of retail.

The report includes informative discussions from the likes of IRI, Strikeforce, NielsenIQ, Euromonitor International and more, which provide case-study examples of retail trends to analyse what the future could look like. There were also angles contributed from specific sectors of retail, including liquor, with National Liquor News providing an overview of the industry as gathered through the 2022 National Liquor News Industry Leaders Forum.

In announcing the report, Activate Group’s CEO, Keith Quigg, said: “The opportunity to promote wider collaboration has been part of the Activate strategy for some time and this Industry Report amplifies that same point.

“Inside this inaugural report you will find interesting and intelligent articles from the width of the industry. All of them, in some way, ask for a similar lift in communication and a greater chance to talk to and listen to each other. They all indicate that the industry is in a state of change and that digitisation and workplace revolutions are going to play a major role.”

The creation of the report was driven by the Activate Group board which aimed to help the retail world make their strategies more coherent, inclusive and cognizant of the impact on the rest of the industry.
