Audrey Wilkinson has announced it will once again be involved with this week’s Emirates Australian Open Golf, as official sponsor and wine partner for the prestigious golf tournament.

The Championship takes place from 15 to 18 November at The Lakes Golf Club and the wine producer has also said it will be hosting the Audrey Wilkinson Wine Garden.

The Wine Garden will be located directly on the 18th green and the area will also have a wine tasting bar directly overlooking the 18th hole.

“We are recreating our Cellar Door experience and bringing a slice of the Hunter to the Audrey Wilkinson Wine Garden at ‘The Lakes’,” said Rohan Beale, Head of Marketing and Sales.

“We quite simply have the best location on the course, with our cellar door and garden just a few feet from the championship hole. We’ve nicknamed it the 19th and will be the place to be for enjoying great wine and great golf.”

The Wine Garden will have a relaxed garden/winery feel where guests can enjoy the excitement of the day in comfort; and there will be both a general admission area, and an exclusive area for VIP guests and Wine Club members. There will also be a one-off viewing platform overlooking the 17th hole, which will offer uninterrupted views across the golf course.
