In exciting news, leading premium gin brand, Bombay Sapphire has welcomed their new, talented brand ambassador, Corina Retter to the team. Corina, who is a hospitality veteran with over 17 years’ experience in the drinks industry is delighted to represent Bombay Sapphire. Based in Melbourne, Corina has worked across a range of different hospitality venues including Bar Margaux, Capitano, and Gimlet at Cavendish House.
Corina steps into the new position to drive brand awareness and trade engagement, leading customer relationships, digital and content creation as well as brand education, training, and executions for the Bombay Sapphire brand.
“Ever since starting in the industry, I’ve always been passionate about people and drinks, shaping people’s experiences is the thing that excites me most in hospitality. It is my love for spirits and experiences that have brought me to where I am today,” says Corina.

An enduring favourite cocktail for Corina is the ‘Lifetime Ban’ from Attaboy’s Dan Greenbaum. Originally made using navy strength gin, Corina has been enjoying a refined iteration using Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru.
25 ml Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru•25 ml Blanc Vermouth•25 ml Fino Sherry•Mint (5-7 leaves)Method:
1. Add all ingredients to a chilled Boston glass, add cracked ice and stir for approximately 25-30seconds.
2. Strain into a chilled glass.
3. Garnish with a lemon twist
