The 2025 LMG Members Conference drew to a lively close in Munich, where delegates joined the world’s biggest beer festival, Oktoberfest, for an unforgettable evening in the Wildstuben tent.
The Wildstuben is one of Oktoberfest’s most traditional venues, renowned for its rustic timber décor, Bavarian music and hearty German fare. Delegates enjoyed classic dishes such as roast pork, Wiener schnitzel and pretzels, accompanied by steins of freshly brewed Oktoberfestbier.
Every Oktoberfest beer is brewed specially for the festival by Munich’s six historic breweries, each one around six per cent ABV and served exclusively in one-litre glasses. More than six million litres are poured during the 16-day celebration, which has been running since 1810 when it was first held to mark the wedding of Crown Prince Ludwig.
Adding to the festive spirit, LMG delegates were presented with traditional Bavarian outfits — lederhosen for men and dirndls for women — which they wore to the tent, blending into the colourful sea of costumes, brass bands and dancing.
The night gave delegates the chance to relax, network and raise a glass to the close of a conference that combined cultural experiences with strategic business sessions. From the fairytale streets of Prague to the carnival atmosphere of Munich, the 2025 LMG Members Conference showcased not only LMG’s vision for growth but also the camaraderie and community at the heart of the group.
