More than 300 delegates have registered for the first Drinks Innovation Summit, which takes place next week in Sydney.

Delegates from suppliers including Stone & Wood, Bacardi, Treasury Wine Estates, CUB, Campari and Australian Vintage Ltd, along with retailers, will get to hear from more than 50 speakers on the day.

A full day of presentations and panel discussions will focus on hybrid drinks, smart packaging, artificial intelligence, e-commerce, crowdfunding, cutting-edge marketing and more.

More speakers were announced this week, including Nathan Besser, Acting Head of On-Demand for Endeavour Drinks Group and co-founder of Jimmy Brings; Dean Taylor, CEO of Digital Wine Ventures; Chris Archer, founder of New Zealand wine brand Joiy; and Joe Cook, co-founder of Riot Wine Co.

Drinks Innovation Summit takes place on Tuesday 29 October at the Hyatt Regency in Darling Harbour and is the newest event from Food & Beverage Media, publisher of TheShout and National Liquor News.
