Compañía Pisquera de Chile (CPCh) has announced that it will be launching two new Chilean piscos into the Australian market just in time for the summer months.

The two new piscos that CPCh will be importing into Australia are Pisco Control C and Pisco Moai Tres Erres Reservado, which the company hopes will tap into the booming market for South American products.

"As Australians continue their search for quality and innovative spirits and adventurous cocktails, we felt it was time to bring these great products to the Australian market," said CPCh export manager, Jaime Binder.

"During the next year, many more brands from CPCh will be making their debut in Australia, to the delight of home mixologists, cocktail lounge devotees and beverage pros alike."

CPCh was started in 2005 and is one of the main players of the Chilean pisco industry, with a portfolio that includes many well-known pisco brands. Some, such as Pisco Mistral have been available in Australia for a few years now, distributed through Wines of Chile and Argentina.

The company has appointed Magdalena Del Solar as the Australian representative in Sydney for the new pisco brands, but is still looking other distributors throughout the country. Anyone interested can contact: cpchaustralia@gmail.com
