Paramount Liquor brought together more than 150 staff and supplier partners for its biggest-ever conference, with three days of collaboration, insight, innovation, and immersion.

The theme for this year’s conference was Faster Smarter Together, which Paramount said reflects its focus on agility, data-led intelligence and innovation.

CEO Nathan Rowe said: “Faster, smarter, together is how we partner with suppliers and venues to drive the next era of growth.

“We want to be the disrupter, not the disrupted. This year’s conference proved the power of agility and collaboration, delivering new insights, stronger partnerships, and a clear path forward for the industry.”

One of the highlights of the program was a keynote address from Naomi Simson, one of Australia’s most respected entrepreneurs. Simson shared her perspective on building trust, creating value, and thriving in times of change, offering attendees both inspiration and practical advice for navigating the evolving business landscape.

Attendees also gained a deeper understanding of consumer trends through the BDA Marketing Insights presentation. The forward-looking session unpacked what lies ahead for the on-premise sector, with a strong focus on how venues and suppliers can translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies.

Practical learning was also front and centre, with supplier and sales workshops providing tools designed to strengthen partnerships, drive loyalty, and accelerate business performance. These sessions gave attendees tangible takeaways to apply immediately in their own businesses.

The scale and strength of Paramount’s brand partnerships were also on full display, with support and activations came from a wide range of leading partners including Altus Brands, Amber Beverages, Asahi Beverages, Brown-Forman, Fever-Tree, Möet-Hennessy, Pernod Ricard, Lion, Treasury Premium Brands, William Grant & Sons, Vanguard Luxury Brands, Red Bull, Vinarchy, Samuel Smith & Negociants, Robert Oatley Wines, Bacardi-Martini Australia, Diageo, Campari, and Sazerac.
