After joining SouthTrade International seven months ago, Matt Rimmer (pictured) has been promoted to the role of marketing manager.
SouthTrade director Tony Stubley said the company's staff numbers have increased from 23 to 35 in the last eighteen months and its turnover has almost doubled in that time.
"We need more structure and leadership and Matt has proven that he can deliver both," he said.
Rimmer has over 15 years' experience in brand management and sales in New Zealand, the UK and Australia and was marketing manager of Inspirit Brands UK prior to joining SouthTrade.
"I have a passion for building great brands which is at the core of SouthTrade's philosophy," Rimmer said.
"We already have an amazing sales and marketing team and I view my new role as ensuring that everyone in the team is empowered to do their jobs with maximum effect."
