From the minds and stills of Archie Rose Distilling Co. comes the Fundamental Spirits range, an accessible collection of 100% Australian vodka, gin, and whisky created as an uncommonly easy foundation for your favourite drinks.

True Cut Vodka is a neutral vodka cold distilled with nothing but Australian wheat, triple filtered water and a gentle baseline of natural ingredients including reclaimed orange peel, native river mint and lemon myrtle to provide texture and mouthfeel. Launched October 2022.

Straight Dry Gin is cold distilled with local and native ingredients including hero botanicals such as reclaimed orange peel, lemon myrtle and pink peppercorn. Launched October 2022.

Double Malt Whisky features a solera of Archie Rose Single Malt and Rye Malt Whisky made from copper pot distilled NSW heritage rye and barley malts and then matured in ex-Apera (Sherry), Bourbon and virgin oak casks. Launching 2023.

The Fundamental Spirits range features a bottle adapted from Archie Rose’s signature bottle shape, including a longer body and lighter weight, built as the perfect Australian alternative for the rail, shelf, festivals, and events.
