Winemaker for Yalumba Wines, Teresa Heuzenroeder, will lead guests through a tasting of signature wines matched to a special menu at Brisbane’s The Story Bridge Hotel next week.

The menu was co-created by The Story Bridge Hotel executive chef, Brendon Hull, with the tasting to be held at Deery’s Restaurant on May 28.

The Story Bridge Hotel’s owner, Richard Deery, said the venue has been a long supporter of Yalumba Wines and encouraged guests to take advantage of the opportunity.

“Brendon Hull has outdone himself with an incredible three-course menu. Each course will feature a famous Deery’s Restaurant recipe with an interesting twist, paired with an exceptional Yalumba wine,” he said.

“Australia is fast becoming recognised as a producer of excellent, cool-climate Chardonnay wines, and with Yalumba, winemaker Teresa Heuzenroeder is making some of the best.”
