UK Master of Wine Jancis Robinson OBE is to host a wine gala in Sydney for the Australian launch of Room to Read — an international charity aimed at educating children.
The event will be held on February 4 where the widely respected wine commentator and columnist Jancis Robinson will offer tasting notes on some of Australia’s finest wines, including Shaw + Smith and Kilikanoon.
Room to Read founder, John Wood, will share his story and talk of the growing impact of the charity, which has seen more than 400 schools and 5000 libraries built in eight countries and more than four million books donated worldwide.
