The Australian Brewery in North West Sydney is looking for a new brewer to join the team.

Despite increasing fermentation capacity by a third this year, the brewery is struggling to keep up with demand, meaning it will be brewing seven days a week over summer.

The brewery has also just released a new beer, Seis Hermanos Lager, named after the six brothers who own the Australian Brewery.

Available in cans and kegs, the beer won gold medal at this year’s CBIA awards and the growing category of craft lagers has seen it run out the door at the brewery and increase pressure on the brewing team.

To assist with this, the Australian Brewery requires an experienced brewer on a three-month contract working Friday-Monday for an immediate start. For the right candidate, this has the potential to be an ongoing role.

Interested brewers can contact head brewer, Dan Shaw, on daniel@australianbrewery.com.au
