Tasmanian cider producer Willie Smiths has debuted its award-winning French Blend cider in 20L kegs.
Only 50 kegs have been produced of the limited cider apple blend, which will be made available to wine bars across the country.
“We feel that the time is right to put one of our premium flagship ciders into kegs – it’s a good fit for small batch, high quality booze,” said Reid.
“With more and more wine bars now having taps to play with, this not only makes our limited
releases more accessible to the drinker, it has the added benefit of reducing wastage at the venue
from both a packaging and liquid perspective.”
For venues without have access to a tap, a limited number of the 750ml bottles are available at $30 RRP.
