Wine Australia Stakeholder Survey

Wine Australia has launched its 2025 Customer Engagement Stakeholder Survey, which helps the organisation to enhance the services and programs it delivers to empower the success of Australia’s grape and wine businesses.

The survey opens today and will run until Monday, 30 June and is described as a “direct opportunity for grape growers, wine producers, exporters, government and industry partners to provide feedback on how Wine Australia is performing across its key functions of research and innovation, market development and regulatory services, as well as market insights and customer engagement”.

Dr Martin Cole, CEO of Wine Australia said the organisation is committed to putting levy payers at the centre of its planning and decision-making.

“This survey is a really important opportunity for us to hear from the people who fund our work and ensure we’re delivering value where it matters most,” Dr Cole said.

“It’s a direct channel for grapegrowers, winemakers, exporters and industry partners to tell us what’s working, where we need to do better, and how we can deliver greater impact.”

The survey is open to all those working in the Australian grape and wine community and takes around 10 to 15 minutes to complete. It’s completely confidential, allowing for open and honest feedback.

Dr Cole added: “Listening to our customers is not a one-off exercise; it’s a core part of how we work.

“We’re encouraging everyone in the sector to take a few minutes to complete the survey. Your feedback helps us ensure we’re working on the right priorities to support a more profitable, sustainable and resilient grape and wine sector.”

You can take the survey here, and Wine Australia said the results will be shared with the sector later this year.
