The future is here, well for now it is until it changes again, with newly-opened Melbourne rooftop bar now accepting payment via cryptocurrencies.
This kind of payment is an emerging trend in retail and hospitality and Fable’s owner, Gehan Rejapakse has been working on the capacity to offer crypto as a payment option since before the venue opened in November 2021.

Fable is accepting Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether and a number of other currencies and follows Starbucks USA saying it would start accepting crypto payments in November last year.
