Registrations are now open for the Recipe for Foodservice Success campaign, which offers publicans the tools, skills and incentives to boost business through their food operations.
Unilever Foodsolutions, Fonterra Foodservices and Simplot Foodservices have joined forces in the campaign aimed at helping hospitality operators combat the current tough economic climate.
Registrations opened yesterday (Jun 9) with the campaign open to only 2000 businesses across four channels – clubs, pubs, cafes/restaurants and hotels.
The businesses will receive a free confidential benchmarking study, which will review each venue’s sales, growth, capacity, patronage and business costs – ultimately revealing where they rank in comparison to their counterparts.
Business consultant David Campbell will deliver the results of the benchmarking study at Sydney’s Fine Foods tradeshow in September.
The highest ranking venues in each of the four channels will win a trip to Sydney for the event where they will be crowned Channel Champions and awarded a personal interview and analysis of their business with Campbell.
Recipe for Success will also incorporate an awards program, newsletters and other resources, both empowering and encouraging businesses to become more efficient, innovative and skilled in financial management.
