Adelaide's newest rooftop bar, The Unley, has opened its doors in the city's Unley Road precinct.

As well as the rooftop bar The Unly also boasts cosy fireplaces, first floor balconies and a "bright and airy interior". 

The re-equipped kitchen also features an "innovative modern Australian menu, with "pop-up plates" for sharing as well as "pub staple favourites, and vegetarian and vegan offerings".

Head chef Callum Stewart-Watt said: "dish has their own story and uniqueness to provide a memorable food experience. When a patron comes in that really appreciates what you put on a plate for them, it motivates me more and more."

The Unley's drinks selection has been developed to compliment the dining options. The wine list feature a number of international selections, as well as a solid up line up locally sourced wines from the Adelaide Hills, Barossa Valley, Clare Valley and McLaren Vale. beers, premium spirits and refreshing cocktails are also available.
