The Independent Liquor Group (ILG) has appointed Bob Foster to the role of general manager sales.
Foster comes to the position with wide experience in the industry following director level sales roles with Tooheys and Tyrell’s Wines.
“I am confident he will make a significant contribution in terms of knowledge and skill to our business,” ILG CEO Doug Evans said. “His experience will further strengthen our executive team and drive our sales execution and focus.”
“Importantly, I believe he is also a very good fit to the co-operative’s culture,” he added.
Aidan Desmond will continue in a sales management role, focussing on key accounts and reporting directly to Foster.
Evans also announced that Gary Sadler has returned to ILG on a part time basis.
