The Argyle, a large-format hotel in Sydney’s historic Rocks district, has appointed Eliza Sloane to the position of general manager
Sloane, 31, recently returned from seven years in London where she managed the 2000-capacity Tiger Tiger nightclub, a celebrity haunt called Mahiki and her own bar consultancy business.
“I heard about The Argyle launching when I was in London last year and I am thrilled to now be part of the team. I’m looking forward to taking this incredible venue to new heights in customer service and experience,” Sloane said.
“My experience ranges across all facets of the bar business and I look forward to the challenges ahead of me working with this great new team.”
