ASM Liquor will start to distribute its own brands throughout Australia from next month after coming to a “mutual agreement” for current distributor Beam Suntory to cease operations.
As of September 5 2015 Vodka O, Tequila Blu and VDKA 6100 will be sold and distributed by ASM in its own right. Until then the brands will still be available through Beam Suntory’s distribution partner, Coca-Cola Amatil.
In a statement the company said: “We would like to thank Beam Suntory and Coca-Cola Amatil for their custodianship of our brands over the past 18 months. ASM will issue a separate announcement about its sales structure in due course.”
