Bacardi has announced its first packaging update in more than a decade, with a new bottle design heavily influenced by Art Deco style.

Bacardi said the new bottle had been designed in consultation with some of the world’s leading bartenders, in order to produce the perfect pour. 

“It looks contemporary, but with a strong heritage feel, and we look forward to seeing it in our bars in the hands of bartenders and consumers around Australia,” said national Bacardi brand ambassador, Loy Catada.

The new pack launched globally on February 5, Bacardi’s 153rd anniversary. It will hit Australian bars in time for the Global Legacy Final in May 2015.
