Grant Collins has announced that he will be moving on from Sydney bar The White Hart to pursue new opportunities.

Collins opened his award-winning cocktail bar, The White Hart, three years ago but today told TheShout he will no longer been involved in the operations and cocktail creating for the venue.

Apart from opening The White Hart, Collins has also had a hand in the creation and development of numerous other bars, the most recent one being The Collins in Adelaide, through his company Bar Solutions.

"There are many new personal and Bar Solutions driven projects in the pipeline including more White Hart-style projects and a jazz bar in Perth's CBD – so watch this space," said Collins.

"Bar Solutions is working with luxuary resort The Bale in Nusa Dua, Bali, they are opening a new rooftop bar. The bar in Perth is called The Laneway Lounge and opens in mid June. It will feature lives acts five nights a week  [with] food by Danny Russo and wines from James Young – as per The White Hart."

Although he will not be involved in The White Hart's operations anymore, Collins will still remain director of Boutique Concepts, the venue's holding company.
