Barons Brewing has tweaked the flavour profile of the two top selling beers in its premium range.

Barons Lager and Barons Pale Ale will both be brewed under a new recipe that the brewer says will enhance the drinkability of the beers and encourage beer drinkers to try something new.

The new Barons Lager is crafted with Australian Pale malts and Pacific Hallertau hops to create a clean and refreshing beer, while the Barons Pale Ale has subtle floral and passionfruit notes derived from the Australian malts and Nelson Sauvin hops.

The new recipes have been implemented for both packaged and draught beer, with the packaged beer now available in twist tops caps.
