The bartending community is mourning the passing of ivy bartender Pierre Fajloun, who died last night in a motorcycle accident.
The winner of numerous bartending competitions, Fajloun recently won the right to represent Australia at the annual International Bartending Association (IBA) World Classic Flair Cocktail Competition in Singapore in November.
