The Beer Diva, Kirrily Waldhorn, will host two-hour beer master classes next month in two Sydney venues.

Beer enthusiasts will taste six beers covering a range of styles and flavours at the aptly name Ale Trail, accompanied by food paired specifically to each of the beers.

The master class will take drinkers through the evolution of ales over time and will be held at Four Pines Brewery in Manly on April 1.

Ales from the lightest to the darkest will be on show, with participants able to learn about their history, flavour characteristics and interesting anecdotes.

The General Beer master class will be held at Chifley Potts Point on April 15 and offers a great opportunity to learn all about beer, including beer styles and flavours, history, pouring and tasting, beer and food matching.

At the end of the day, beer participants receive tasting notes and a Beer Diva beer glass to take home.

Both beer master classes run from 6:30pm to 8:30pm and cost $75 per person.

To make a booking call 9939 3505 or email kirrily@beerdiva.com.au.
