Big Drop Brewing Co. is bringing its award-winning ultra-low alcohol beers, which have enjoyed international success, to Australia.

Launching with two of its 0.5 per cent ABV beer, Pine Trail Pale Ale and Uptown Craft Lager, the Big Drop beers are available in four-pack format.

The Pine Trail Pale Ale is described as “delight for the senses, delivering on all levels. Rosy floral aromas are immediate as you pour, with a light and limey citrus bite on the palate and a balanced but obvious bitterness to finish”.

While the Uptown Craft Lager is “easy drinking, full-flavoured but elegant”, with “light herbal and floral hop aromas, a hint of caramel with peppered spiciness on the palate, and a touch of orange at the end”.

Big Drop was launched in 2016 by the lawyer Rob Fink and long-time friend, James Kindred. Since its inception, Big Drop has won 27 major international beer awards, including twice being judged the ‘World’s Best’ at the World Beer Awards and winning medals against full-strength rivals.

Big Drop has achieved significant international success with listings in major retailers throughout the UK, Europe, Hong Kong and Canada, and is now being listed in Australia.

In 2019, Big Drop sold over a million bottles and cans worldwide and the full range of craft beers, which are all <0.5 per cent ABV, currently consist of a stout, lager, pale ale, IPA, brown ale, golden ale, hazelnut porter and a sour, as well as special editions and collaborations.
