Bacardi Lion has announced the sale of a special edition Swarovski crystal-studded Bombay Sapphire gin bottle – one of only four worldwide.
Retailing at $3,999 duty free, the gin bottle was created using 15,000 Austrian Swarovski crystals, and was sold to an Australian traveller at Melbourne airport.
Bacardi Lion Travel Retail National Account Manager, Paul Broadbent, said the sale highlights Bombay Sapphire's "rich heritage in both design and luxury categories".
