Jim Beam bourbon’s seventh generation distiller and brand ambassador, Fred Booker Noe III, will be in Australia this week (Aug 3-8) to speak to the trade about his family’s portfolio.

From today, Noe will be visiting bars across the Eastern seaboard to raise awareness and educate the trade about the Jim Beam products, in particular the premium Small Batch Bourbon collection, created by his father, the late Booker Noe.

A highlight of the tour will be an exclusive BBQ for elite Brisbane bartenders at The Lark in Paddington on Wednesday.

“I think it is our heritage that allows us to make good bourbon,” Noe said today. “Our Small Batch Collection is a premium version of the original whiskey made way back in 1795.”

Noe has worked at the Jim Beam Distillery in Clermont, Kentucky for the past 20 years, overseeing the production of Jim Beam’s products, in particular the Small Batch Collection, which includes Booker’s, Baker’s, Basil Hayden’s and Jim Beam Small Batch.
