The Brisbane venue formerly known as Noi Bar + Dining will host a launch this Friday to mark the completion of refurbishment work and a menu redesign.

Mix Bar + Dining, as the Fortitude Valley venue will be called, will feature tapas-style food and service.

Mix Bar + Dining general manager, James McQueen, said the night will be a fun opportunity to demonstrate what they do best.

“We’ve got the personalities, the products and the venue. Now it’s just about showing it off to the customers,” he said.
Owned by Stephen Holmes Enterprises, Mix Bar + Dining will be run by bar manager Keith Cameron, and executive chef Brett Munro.

“I love creating food, and Mix Bar + Dining gives me the opportunity to let my creative juices out and draw from my experience working at an Asian style restaurant in the Valley a few years ago,” Munro said.

The launch kicks off at 5:00pm and includes drinks and nibbles with Munro and Cameron demonstrating their skills.

“The patrons will definitely see a great difference in the venue. We’ve opened it up a lot and it’s exciting to show it off,” McQueen added.
