The new Byron Bay Premium Brewery and Buddha Bar and Restaurant has opened in the heart of Byron Bay complete with pool tables, a beer garden and entertainment area.
Byron Bay Brewery general manager, Peter Jamieson, said that the brewery was a long time in the making but that locals finally have a brewery of their own.
“The new brewery has everything to attract young backpackers, trendy tourists, local residents and millionaires. I think Byron Bay is the best spot in the world and I couldn’t be prouder of this state of the art brewery that you can enjoy whether you sit in the restaurant or stand at the bar,” Jamieson said.
“The beer will literally be brewed on-site and you won’t get a fresher beer anywhere else in the world!”
The recently refurbished Buddha Bar and Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, with the menu covering traditional pub fare, snacks, burgers and even curries.
