Coca-Cola Amatil (CCA) has launched a new bar consultancy program – Prospect – for the Australian trade.

Sitting alongside the award-winning Mixxit training program, the new bar consultancy is the brainchild of hospitality legend Jason Crawley.

“Prospect is totally focussed on building legitimate on-going positive relationships with trade clients,” said Crawley. “To achieve this, I have created a wide range of purposeful initiatives to offer direct and relevant support to help any venue’s vision become a commercial reality in new refreshing ways. “

Run nationally, the program is split across three packages – Silver, Gold and Platinum – with each tailored to meet a venue’s specific needs. Packages include support in areas such as streamlining purchasing and category training, as well as design and cocktail menu advice.

“I feel it is vital to have Prospect available for our more regional areas and small towns away from metropolitan cities,” added Crawley. “Often this is where direction and the right operations are needed the most. We have already been working in Ballarat, Port Macquarie, west of Adelaide and through the Central Coast. The impact it immediately has is remarkable and very rewarding for us as a team.”
