Coca-Cola Amatil (CCA) is planning to uproot its prized home at Circular Quay and relocate to new offices in North Sydney in 2010.

CCA has worked from a building that lies between Mirvac’s Quay Grand hotel and the Quay apartments since 1966. The AMP-owned site will likely be developed into serviced apartments or a new hotel. The site has not been independently valued at this time.

CCA will relocate to the top three levels of The Ark at 40 Mount Street, North Sydney on a t10-year lease to Commercial Developments.

The relocation follows other recent developments at CCA, including the December acquisition of the Bluetongue Brewery and the planned construction of a new brewery in NSW.
