Sophisticated Cocktail Co has partnered with Brookie’s Byron Dry Gin to create a Dirty Gin Martini cocktail, just in time for Australian Gin Day.
This year will be the fifth Australian Gin Day, which was launched in 2019 by The Gin Guide and from this year it is being hosted by Phillip Jones (aka The Martini Whisperer).
Sophisticated Cocktail Co was founded by cocktail creator Vicki Lyon and offers a range of pre-made cocktails including Passionfruit Martini, Spicy Margarita and Espresso Martini and Lyon has used her cocktail expertise to craft the Dirty Gin Martini.
The cocktail lifts the classic Martini by infusing it Australian olive brine, which is added to the Brookie’s Byron Dry Gin, along with a dry vermouth and a touch of orange bitters.
